Nominee Services

We provide many administrative services. Any documents needing a nominee signature will be signed by us and returned to you or any other address you specify.
It is important to understand that through our provision of these services we are not involved in the management or running of the company. Our role is purely an administrative one in name only for the purposes of Companies House register. The duties of a Director, Secretary and Shareholder continue to be your responsibility.
 

Nominee Director

The details of the Directors of a company are public information and are available to purchase from Companies House.  
If you would prefer to remain anonymous, and have your involvement with a company kept confidential, then you may wish to employ a Nominee to act as the Director of your company on your behalf.
 
We can provide a Nominee, a British gentleman resident in Cyprus, who will act as the Director of your company for £200 + Vat per annum. This fee includes a Power of Attorney made out to you as the Beneficial Owner of the company, along with Letters of Authority, to enable you to carry out the ordinary business of the company. Standard minutes and resolutions will be signed free of charge by the Director, but courier charges may be incurred.

Nominee Secretary

A Nominee Secretary will be a person acting as a company's secretary for the purpose of fulfilling the legal requirement to have a secretary. The Nominee Secretary does not have an active role or function in the actual business of the company, but fulfills the duty of Company Secretary when required by law (PLC’s) or for other reasons (Property Management Companies or by agreement of the directors/shareholders) .
 

Nominee Shareholder

Our nominee shareholder service is designed for someone other than the beneficial owners to hold shares on behalf of real investors. UK company law requires all shareholder information to be recorded in both the company's statutory registers and at Companies House. This information is publically available-our nominee service provides public anonymity to the real investors.. It is important to understand that in our capacity as nominee shareholder we hold no rights over the shares of the company. W transfer all rights of ownership to the real investors, We simply provide you with a name only service, guaranteeing you anonymity.
