Here's how it works:
Because we know you have a lot to think about when starting a new company, we have done everything we can to make our company formation process as straightforward as possible. All it takes is 4 easy steps.
Step 1: Check name
Check the availability of as many different names as you want. All names are verified directly with the Companies House database.
Step 2: Select a pack
Select a company formation package that best suits your company’s needs. We offer private limited companies, limited liability partnerships (LLPs) and Limited by Guarantee companies online, or you can ring us for specialist formations, such as CICs, PLCs and Flat Management Companies. Then add any optional extras.
Step 3: Checkout
Complete your payment and personal details using our secure system.
Step 4: Complete
Appoint the director(s), secretary, shareholder(s) and PSC(s) of your choice. You will receive immediate confirmation of your order via email.
As soon as your company has been incorporated you will receive an email with the certificate and other documents attached. If you have opted for a company formation pack that includes hardcopy documents, these will follow by 1st class post.
