What are the main advantages of fixed-fee accounting?
Most importantly, we can assist you with your entire annual business tax requirement.
We can provide you with a telephone based service but you can also arrange to meet our staff whenever the need arises. There are different reasons for this, discussions about potential expansion, strategic business planning, tax queries, vat issues and the list goes on. We can provide you with a dedicated contact point with whom you can meet, email or telephone as part of the accountancy package you pay for. You may choose whatever method or frequency of communication you wish within the same price point.
In comparison to a basic telephone based accountancy package we are still much more cost effective and our package includes free VAT and PAYE registration. Prices for our minimum package for a UK company with a turnover of up to £100,000 with up to 120 sales invoices and 120 expense invoices are £800 plus VAT. If you wish to use your UK incorporation documents internationally then you may need to obtain an apostille in order for them to be recognised in your country of operation.
Your incorporation documents will be certified, under single cover, by a UK solicitor and then sent to the Foreign and Commonwealth office for apostille.
The documents will take about a week to be prepared and dispatch.
Using our Central London Registered Office service will keep your personal address off the public records of the company giving you extra privacy, but still enable you to receive important documents.
As our address is based in Central London this may add a perceived status to your company to your customers / suppliers.
You may wish to give the impression that your company has multiple offices, or to maintain the perception of separation for different companies or brands.

We provide a comprehensive Mail Forwarding Service, where you may use our address as the main correspondence address of your company and we will forward all mail received to your specified address.
This service is useful if you wish to be seen as trading in London, when you are based elsewhere in the country (or the world), or if you simply do not want to be seen as trading from home.
Our office is a physical address and is serviced by dedicated mail forwarding staff, who will receive and process mail on your behalf which will then be forwarded on to the address that you specify.*
Forwarded mail is charged per item based on the cost of postage plus a 10p per item handling charge
All prices are subject to VAT
Postage and handling charges are charged on a monthly basis in arrears and are not applied to official mail where an active registered office service is in place. Use of this service is also subject to continuous payment card authority being in place to cover ongoing post charge
* Parcels and other larger items cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender
Every company is legally required to maintain a number of registers, together called the Statutory Books, which must usually be made available to view by anyone that requests it.
With this service we will maintain the Statutory Books for you and keep them in our offices to reduce the administrative burden on you and to limit any inconvenience should anyone wish to inspect them.
This service also includes the preparation of all standard Companies House forms*, Stock Transfer Forms, standard minutes and the electronic filing of the Annual Return (AR01) and its associated filing fee.
Finally you will receive a 25% discount off our list prices for any bespoke secretarial work requested plus free secretarial telephone support from our experienced Company Secretarial department.
*Companies House forms we considered ‘standard’ are AP01, AP02, AP03, AP04, CH01, CH02, CH03, CH04, TM01, TM02, AA01, AA02, AD01, AD02, AD03, AD04 and SH01, other forms may be prepared at our discretion.
It is a legal requirement to supply Companies House with both a residential address and a service address for each and every company director.
Using our London address as your Directors address may enhance your professional image.
If you wish to keep your home address confidential, and do not have access to an alternate address, then using our address as the Directors Service Address will maintain the privacy of your home address.
There is nothing to stop you from using your Residential Address as your Service Address, but if you would prefer to keep this information confidential and off the public register, then using our London address will provide this confidentiality. We will then forward all Directors statutory mail with no additional postage charges.

Directors are now obliged to file two addresses with the Registrar of Companies, their Residential Address and a Service Address. The Service Address is made public while the Residential Address remains confidential.
Whenever Companies House needs to contact the Director of a company, they will write to the Service Address held on the public register.

Although we advertise company incorporations within a few hours, time-frames to incorporate are always dependent on Companies House workloads.
