Mail Forwarding Service

In addition to our registered office service, we can also provide a more comprehensive mail forwarding service. This will involve using our address as the main correspondence address of your company and we will forward all mail received to your specified address.

This service is useful if you wish to be seen as trading in London, when you are based elsewhere in the country (or the world), or you simply do not want to be seen as trading from home.

Our office is a physical address and is serviced by a dedicated mail forwarding team who will receive and process mail on your behalf – including recorded and couriered items – which will then be forwarded to the address that you specify.

All company mail (excluding parcels*) will be sent by Royal Mail to the forwarding address you provide on the same day as it is received at our offices.

All mail will be forwarded for the cost of postage plus a 10p handling fee per item. Please note that the postage costs will be processed at the end of each month on the credit/debit card used for the initial purchase.

Proof of ID

Due to our legal obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering regulations, we must confirm the identity and proof of address for any customer taking one of our address services. We will attempt to do so using an electronic lookup function, but if this is unsuccessful, we will contact you outlining what hardcopy documents we require.

* Unfortunately we are unable to accept parcels and attempted delivery of parcels will be refused. In extenuating circumstances, and with our prior agreement, we may accept a specific item, reserving the right of inspection.
